Either way, the result is a better experience for Microsoft's users. I encountered this issue today itself. Then I checked on disk space.

Just try to get it fixed then LEAVE IT ALONE please. I'm getting the same message tonite.. If you have feedback for TechNet Support, contact tnmff microsoft. I regret not having anything positive to post on this EMAIL SEARCH FAILURE issue.

Hi all, I am running into an issue that does not seem to have answer in the documentation or elsewhere. Refreshing does not fix this issue. I have verified that the Guest User is the only user with this issue not logged in. When I log in to the community, I have no issues. I have verified that the guest user profle has read, create access to Cases. I have assigned a record type and page layout for this record. I have created a Global Action specific to this community and given them access. This issue still persists. Screenshots below of the issue and configuration. I already have an older Napili community and that one is working fine. But I can NOT work out why this is happening on this new community. I have determined that it is a site issue, not a configuration issue, because I ran a debug log on the external sites user and it doesn't even hit Salesforce - it is just an error on the page. I have to raise a support case about it. It would be great if you can too. I'm having the same issue with a site I created recently in our Sandbox running Spring 17. The problem does not exist on a different Communities site that was created a few months ago. It would be nice if we had some sort of logging available to us so we can track down the problem. I wouldn't doubt that I have a workflow somewhere that updates another field which is causing a permissions issue or something like that, but without any logging to see what it's trying to do, but I can't find any tools to give more information about this error I tried the debug log like you as well. See my wiki for details. Ensure that all of the fields that the public user is editing are available to the defalt case user as well.

For that concern, if you are accessing your account using the web we advise that you try to use another browser and computer to check if you will encounter the same issue.
